Acme is hiring a Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing strategy and oversee promotion campaigns, playing a pivotal role in enhancing our brand and driving sales. This role requires 100% dedication and extreme ownership of one's work.
This is an in-house position located in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
- Craft effective marketing strategies to elevate the Acme brand and increase sales.
- Own the end-to-end implementation of successful marketing campaigns from brainstorming to execution.
- Generate valuable and compelling content for media channels to attract and convert target groups.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, and provide team leadership.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Required
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- Demonstrated success in identifying target audiences and leading cross-channel marketing campaigns
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, SEO, and CRM systems
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
