Acme is hiring a Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing strategy and oversee promotion campaigns, playing a pivotal role in enhancing our brand and driving sales. This role requires 100% dedication and extreme ownership of one's work.

This is an in-house position located in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

• Craft effective marketing strategies to elevate the Acme brand and increase sales.
• Own the end-to-end implementation of successful marketing campaigns from brainstorming to execution.
• Generate valuable and compelling content for media channels to attract and convert target groups.
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget, and provide team leadership.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.

Required

• 5+ years of marketing experience
• Demonstrated success in identifying target audiences and leading cross-channel marketing campaigns
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, SEO, and CRM systems
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills
• Strong leadership with a commitment to extreme ownership
