Job Summary
Acme is seeking an Email and SMS Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize our email marketing campaigns.
This is an in-house position located in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end email and SMS campaigns.
- Develop targeted audiences and segments for each message to enhance engagement and achieve revenue goals.
- Conduct A/B tests, manage testing calendar, record results, and provide insights for continuous improvements.
- Utilize customer data, such as web behavior, to personalize messages and content effectively.
- Deliver regular performance reports for all campaigns.
Qualifications
Required
- 5 years of demonstrated experience in managing email marketing programs
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Analytics
- Experience with Klaviyo
- In-depth knowledge of search ranking, optimization factors, and key algorithm updates
- Proven expertise in handling marketing budgets, forecasting/reporting results, and achieving lead goals
Preferred
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and Adobe Creative Suite
