• Develop and implement brand strategies and campaigns on social media
• Oversee daily management of campaigns, ensuring brand consistency
• Grow and maintain social networks, including Twitter, LinkedIn, and more
• Manage the company blog and editorial calendar
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using web analytic tools
• Research and incorporate optimization strategies for traffic increase
• Address customer issues through social media platforms
• Create engaging written and visual content
• Stay updated with new media platforms and industry trends
• Provide feedback from social media to inform business strategies

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, PR, or a related field
• Minimum two years of social media management experience
• Proficiency in Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or HubSpot
• Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Google Analytics
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of SEO best practices
• Knowledge of web design, production, and creative design across platforms
• Ability to identify and target audience-specific campaigns
• Strong analytical, time-management, and project-management skills
